The corporation is located in Changxing County, Zhejiang Province and is in the middle of economy triangle made up of Shanghai, Nanjing and Hangzhou. 104th national highway and 318th national highway join here; expressway from Hangzhou to Nanjing and Shenshu Zhewan road also join here; Xinchang railway, which connect Northeast and Yangtse River Delta region and Xuanhan railway connecting Hanzhou and XuanCheng( which is also called the second passage in the east of China) join here too. So Changxing is well connected by railway in the Eastern part of China and further on to the rest of the country. Originating from Changxing to Shanghai, Changhu Shenshui canal is joined with the Jinghang Great Canal. The annual capacity of transportion is over 20 million tons. The canal is the golden waterway of Eastern China. Therefore the plant’s land and water logistic condition is quite convenient.

Resources around the corporation are very rich. Mineral resources such as limestone are in abundant reserves. Limestone mines are mainly in Lianmao hill, Shizi hill, Changjie and Yingdong hill, etc. Water resource is also rich here. There are some rivers and many reservoirs in the area. Two 30,0000Kw power plants have been constructed and a same scale power plant is in layout. There is ample limestone and gritstone reserve in the area, with high grade and low cost.

The company adopts the most advanced domestic cement production technology of Dry Method Decomposition Out of the kiln, such technology can be characterized as low energy consumption, high production output, less environmental impact, how automation level, high productivity and good profitability etc. Lots of domestically made proved equipment are used in this plant while few key devices are imported from abroad, quality equipment ensures the stable and high level of production of the plant. Taking fully advantages of low grade raw material and fuel as well as gritstone and solid residue to replace clay, the company actively utilizes industrial residue as raw material and mixing material. The company is active in energy conservation in the grinding process as well as invested in power generation by recovery boilers. The company shall remain active in pursuing ways of utilizing industrial residue and municipal solid waste in cement production to develop circulation economy.

The corporation not only produces high grade cement processed material, but also uses the good material to produce 42.5# high grade cement, special type cement and Portland cement with the grinding mills around the area. Product is sold all over the Yangtse River Delta region. Successful completion of the plant accelerates the closure of old type vertical kiln cement production lines, and thus has driven the technological upgrading of local construction material industry.
